The Client
GFS Construction is a newly formed, family run construction company based in Cheshire.
The Brief
GFS Construction required a brochure website to match its existing branding and perform the following functions: informing visitors of their services, visually demonstrating the quality of its bespoke construction work and providing a point of contact for prospective clients.
The Solution
I designed the site so that it was clear, concise and easy to use, whilst the colour palette selected complements the GFS Construction branding perfectly.
The new site features an 'About Us' page, 'Services' page, 'Contact Us' page complete with contact form and a portfolio of development work.
Special features include; an animated Jquery image header, site statistics / visitor tracking, image zoom functionality and contact form validation. For the visitor tracking I utilised Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools.
The site is coded in standards compliant XHTML 1.0, CSS1.0 & 2.0 and Javascript.
